Crandell, who competed in his 12th Ironman World Championship in
October, has written a memoir, "Racing for Recovery: From Addict
to Ironman," and operates Racing
for Recovery, a foundation that organizes 5k races
nationally with addiction recovery as its theme — and goal.

Under the Influence: The Film Series
is moving to Chicago for a November 18 event that will include
awarding film critic Roger Ebert the 2006 Recovery Milestone
Award. The event is free, but
tickets

“Bill
W. and Dr. Bob,” an Off-Broadway play that
previews Feb. 16, 2007, and opens March 5 at the New World

performance there will be 20 seats for "pay what you got."
